About Sean Houlston
Sean Houlston is a senior executive at the National Federation of Builders, with board-level experience in education, health, and skills through roles as a school governor, hospice trustee, and college non-executive director. He previously stood as the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Runcorn and Helsby 2025 By-election and for Widnes and Halewood in the 2024 General Election, and currently serves as Deputy Chairman of Congleton Conservative Association in Cheshire.
