Throughout January, Sean Houlston was out campaigning across Cheshire, supporting Conservative candidates and engaging residents on the issues that matter most locally.
Much of the month was spent in Congleton, backing the campaign to protect local PCSOs. With Labour proposing cuts to neighbourhood policing, Sean and local volunteers spoke with residents, promoted the Save Our PCSOs petition, and made the case that visible policing is essential to community safety.
Sean also campaigned in the Willaston and Thornton by-election in support of winning Conservative candidate Sion Roberts, focusing on protecting the green belt, fixing local roads, and opposing further tax rises.
Alongside this, January saw continued campaigning to elect Ben Fletcher as Conservative Mayor for Cheshire and Warrington.
