Sean Houlston has completed the Conservatives Together Fellowship as part of the Bolingbroke Cohort, following the programme’s graduation in London.
The Fellowship brought together Conservative candidates and campaigners from across the country for a year-long programme focused on leadership, campaigning, communication and public service.
Sean joined the Bolingbroke Cohort in November 2025 and has taken part in sessions with senior Conservative figures, campaign professionals and others from across the Conservative movement.
Speaking after completing the programme, Sean said:
“It has been a real privilege to be part of the Bolingbroke Cohort and to learn alongside such a committed group of Conservatives.
"The Fellowship has been a valuable opportunity to reflect on what modern Conservative leadership should look like, how we rebuild trust with voters, and how we campaign with purpose in our local communities.
"I am grateful to Conservatives Together for investing in the next generation of Conservative voices and I look forward to putting what I have learned into practice in the months and years ahead.”
The Bolingbroke Cohort is named after Henry St John, Viscount Bolingbroke, the second leader of the Conservative Party.
The completion of the Fellowship marks the end of the formal programme, but also the beginning of a wider network of Conservative campaigners focused on rebuilding, renewing and strengthening the Party from the ground up.
