Sean Houlston Delivers Keynote Speech on the Future of Construction

Sean Houlston, Head of Membership and Digital Services at the National Federation of Builders, delivered a keynote address at the Construction Industry Training Board Skills and Training Conference, outlining the transformative impact of artificial intelligence and digital skills on the construction sector.

Sean Houlston’s speech, titled The Future of Construction: Digital Skills and AI, provided insight into how AI, automation, and emerging technologies are reshaping the industry. He highlighted three key drivers influencing the sector’s future: sustainability, regulatory pressures, and technological advancements.
